Why Base Template exists
We started with the same frustration that probably brought you here: work scattered across spreadsheets, email and chat, and nobody with the full picture. We tried the tools out there and they all asked for the same thing — weeks of setup before being useful for anything.
So we built the one we wanted to use: one that gets going in minutes and adapts to how a team already works, instead of the other way round.
How we work
Simple first
A feature that needs explaining is a feature half done. We would rather remove than add.
